At every meeting, we strive for an entertaining, informative, and fun time!

GENERAL MEETING – 2nd Tuesday of the month
Our General Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of most months (we take a break in July and August) from noon until 4 p.m.
Our General meetings start with a short business discussion before moving on to our Show and Tell of our members’ current and past projects. These projects reflect the members’ interest in several fibre art genres, such as dyeing, felting, knitting, crocheting, bobbin lace, basketry, and braiding in addition to spinning and weaving. At most of our general meetings, we try to schedule a special program or guest speaker for our members.
We enjoy potluck luncheons each December and June.
INFORMAL MEETINGS – 4th Thursday of the month
Our Informal Gatherings take place at the evening meetings on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. (September to May).
Members enjoy this time working on spinning, knitting, or any other fibre projects during these meetings. Our members love to pitch in and help each other with their challenges and projects. Our skill levels in the Guild range from beginners to out-and-out wizards of everything fibre. But we can guarantee you will fit in no matter where you are in your journey of fibre arts.
In addition to our wonderful library of books and magazines, the Guild has spinning and weaving equipment that members may borrow. We even have scheduled workshops to introduce new techniques, favourite patterns and help to expand on members’ basic to intermediate weaving and spinning knowledge.
